1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. After 24 hours, the order may already be in transit and cannot be canceled.

4. Exceptions
We do not accept cancellations in the following cases:
- The product has already been shipped.
- The product is custom-made or personalized.
- Items purchased on clearance or during promotional sales.
